(4-hour rental plus this package total of 2199.00)

Alcohol Fee ( Permit with the city)

Booking Requirements:

We require a $250.00 non-refundable booking retainer to book your event with us. That holds your date and goes toward your TOTAL fee amount. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.

Damage Deposit: We will also require a damage deposit HOLD that is due 24 hours prior to the event. 

Sanitation Fee $50.00

Alcohol Fee ( Permit with the city) $75.00  

5% Tax and Processing Fee
