(5-hour rental plus this package total of 1699.00)  
I AM GOLD

(5-hour rental plus this package total of 2399.00)

Sanitation Fee

Alcohol Fee ( Permit with the city) 
$75.00 

Pricing for Up to 75 People  

$35.00 for any additional table

Booking Requirements:

We require a $250.00 non-refundable booking retainer to book your event with us. That holds your date and goes toward your TOTAL fee amount. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.

Damage Deposit: We will also require a damage deposit HOLD that is due 24 hours prior to the event. 

Sanitation Fee: Included In the Rate

Alcohol Fee ( Permit with the city) $75.00  

Pricing is subject to local tax (5-10%)
