Many types of events have been hosted here including, small child birthday parties, business seminars, parties, repasts, parties, funerals, parties, weddings and some very good parties.

Our facility is comfortably 2100 square feet. It’s official capacity is 130 standing and 1-110 seated, depending on layout.

Reservations deposit rate is $250. (NON-REFUNDABLE)

The balance due for rental of the FACILITY must be paid in full 7 calendar days before the event. If your event is in 1 week time frame, the full site fee is due.

The shortest reservation is 4 hours. The maximum is an all-day rental.

We do allow outside food and beverage to be brought into the facility. We also have all-inclusive packages. Feel free to inquire about those as well for a stress-free planning.

You may bring your own alcohol but, there is a of charge $75. Dekalb County does not allow the sell of alcohol.

Your convenience is provided by free parking, a kitchenette (no stove), 1 bathroom, and location, location! location!!
