I Am Studios' Event Space Rental requirements and inclusions:

• A signed contract 

• $250 non-refundable (applied to balance) deposit is required with the signed contract to hold a specific date and space  

• 1-hours extra setup time included

• Kitchenette Area

• Parking lot with 150+ spaces

• Bluetooth Sound System with Mic

• Wifi

• Projector Screen

• Banquet tables and black folding chairs

• Main tables - Round or Rectangle 

• Rectangle Serving Table 

• I Am Studios is a smoke-free facility 

• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event 

• I AM Security - $50 an hour (Events after 6 pm depending on the event)

• Capacity: 125 guests pending event setup

• Damages Deposit- $200 (Fee Refunded within 24 hours provided no contract violations or damage to the event space)

•  A $50 Sanitation fee
